Individual Therapy for Adults
Service Description
Adult life can become organised around endurance. You may be working, parenting, caring, achieving, managing, appearing capable — while privately feeling anxious, low, numb, angry, ashamed, trapped, or far away from yourself. You may be facing grief, divorce, separation, relationship difficulties, family conflict, work pressure, self-doubt, cultural displacement, or a major life transition. Or you may be living inside a pattern that is hard to name but impossible to ignore. In individual therapy, we pay attention to both the immediate difficulty and the deeper structure around it: what has shaped you, what you have had to carry, and how certain ways of surviving may once have protected you but now limit your freedom. This work can support anxiety, depression, grief, shame, emotional numbness, relationship patterns, self-criticism, over-responsibility, identity questions, and life transitions.
