About me
Welcome. I am Yinxue Pan.
I offer one-to-one psychotherapy for adults and young people, and therapy for couples by arrangement.
My work brings together psychosynthesis psychotherapy, CBT practice, and ongoing experience from NHS mental health services.
I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist working under clinical supervision. I am also a CBT practitioner working for NHS Talking Therapies experience and BABCP accreditation.
My clinical background includes work with anxiety, depression, stress, panic disorder, OCD, insomnia, emotional distress, relational difficulties, transitional challenges, self-esteem, attachment patterns, existential dilemma, suicide and self-harm in children and young people.
I have a particular interest in the places where inner life, relationship, family, culture and identity meet: self-loss, shame, over-responsibility, migration, belonging, divorce, separation, intercultural relationships, Chinese and bicultural mental health, and the pressure of living between different expectations.
My aim is to offer a space that is warm enough for honesty, steady enough for difficulty, and clear enough for change to become thinkable.
