Location and availability
Online across the UK. In-person sessions may be available by arrangement in North Devon, Exeter, and southwest UK subject to feasibility.
If you will be outside the UK during sessions, you are welcome to enquire. Whether I can offer online work will depend on your actual location and whether my professional insurance covers work there.
Language
Sessions are available in English, Mandarin, or both.
Beginning therapy
The first session is an initial paid consultation. It is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels appropriate. There is no commitment to continue.
